This document represents a binding legal agreement between the user and Skybridges. By accessing our infrastructure, applications, or regional server nodes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these operational protocols.
In the high-stakes environment of cross-platform gaming and iGaming infrastructure, precision is not a luxury—it is the baseline. These terms ensure the integrity of our digital bridges, protecting both the developer ecosystem and the Italian gaming elite. We operate under the strict governance of Italian laws and AAMS regulations, maintaining a transparent environment for technical excellence.

Every byte of data traversing our network is subject to real-time verification. Users must adhere to the following operational constraints to maintain active status.

1. Usage Rights & Technical Bounds
Skybridges grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our gaming applications and bridge services. This license is strictly contingent upon your compliance with regional Italian laws and the technical caps set per session. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any proprietary engine module.
Any attempt to bypass latency limiters or server-side security checks will result in an immediate termination of the node access protocol without notice. We prioritize the stability of the Milan-Rome backbone over individual user uptime.
2. Regulatory Adherence (ADM)
For all applications involving iGaming or monetary transactions, Skybridges operates in strict accordance with the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM). Users must be of legal age (18+) and reside in jurisdictions where our services are authorized.
3. User Responsibility & Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your access credentials. Any activity occurring under your unique identifier is attributed to you. Skybridges employs multi-layered encryption, but systemic security remains a shared responsibility.

- 02/ Multi-accounting on single regional nodes is monitored.
- 03/ Users must report observed vulnerabilities immediately.
- 04/ Exploitation of engine glitches is grounds for suspension.
Decision Logic: Suspension Criteria
Assumptions
- Low-latency connection is constant.
- User identity is verified via AAMS data.
- Engine load is within 85% capacity.
Constraints
- Regulatory sudden shifts in ADM.
- Regional ISP outages beyond Milan.
- Hardware abstraction layer limits.
Thresholds
- Ping variance > 50ms for 10s.
- 3 failed login attempts from distinct IPs.
- Non-standard package injection detected.
What would change our view?
Our enforcement protocols are dynamic. We would adjust our view on account suspension if independent audit logs prove a carrier-side network failure or if the ADM updates its remote-play compliance guidelines for Italian jurisdictions. We remain committed to objective, data-driven dispute resolution.
Limitation
of Liability
Skybridges provide services "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the bridge will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all legacy hardware. To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, Skybridges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost gaming data, session termination, or infrastructure downtime.
In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction shall be strictly within the courts of Rome, Italy. Our liability cap is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) for the specific service module during the 30 days preceding the event.
